LCC Design Show 2022
Navigation as a social act: identity extension and live wayfinding for the Design Show at London College of Communication.

London College of Communication’s annual Design Show is a multi-course graduate showcase, part of UAL’s end-of-year programme.

An expansion of the existing visual identity into a leaflet and signage to make the show feel alive.
Navigation as a social act. From static to alive, focusing on human presence.

A leaflet translated the existing 3D visual language into a 2D composition of shapes alongside a conceptual map of the building, laying out courses by area. Because the building is complex, the map pointed rather than prescribed.
Graduating students carried wooden shapes on handheld sticks, moving through the space, guiding visitors and talking about their work. The signage was non-static, painted in green and yellow to align with the language of the show.

A spatial identity system for Saongroup’s Dublin headquarters, where every space is somewhere.
