Saongroup
Brand system + Space
A spatial identity system for Saongroup's Dublin headquarters, where every space is somewhere.
Saongroup is the world's leading online recruiter, operating across 16 countries in Europe, Africa and America. Moving into Waterways House on Grand Canal Quay, the space needed to speak to employees and visitors.
The interior design was already set: bold and colourful. The graphics had to respond to it, not override it. The space also needed to signal Saongroup's global reach while giving employees a sense of place.
In this system every space is somewhere. Each meeting room takes the name of a city where Saongroup operates. I developed a detailed line illustration for each, using landmark illustrations drawn as my interpretation of each city. Geometric patterns extended from the carpet into lift lobbies and across locker banks, connecting floor zoning to the walls.

The canteen breaks from this deliberately. Traditional Latin American lettering and sayings in Spanish make it a warmer destination, a pause from the office floor.

Interior graphics launched: meeting rooms, lift lobbies, locker banks, wall surfaces and canteen.
